site. My name is John Marraffino. I first started working with PC’s in 1979. An
8088 motherboard, 2 floppy drives and a green screen were about all I could
afford to get in those days, but things changed rapidly. Prices came down, new
components became cheaper and I upgraded almost monthly. That was my
introduction to the world of Information Technology and I have been “The
Computer Guy” ever since. I trained and tested and became a CompTIA A+
Certified Service Technician. Later, I did the same with Microsoft to earn my

Today things are more complicated and often you may find that your PC just isn’t “right” anymore. Maybe it has slowed down since you bought it. Maybe your home page changed from what you had it set to. Perhaps there are pop-up ads all the time asking you to buy something. It happens. But it’s okay… I can fix that. I have worked for such companies as IBM Global Services,
Janus Capital Corporation and Symantec Corporation (the people who brought you
Norton Antivirus). I charge $45.00 the 1st hour with a 1 hour minimum. Most
issues are solved in that 1st hour. If it goes longer, I only charge $20.00 for
